Westchesters Top Ten Contenders
1. Mount Vernon (17-3): The two-time Class AA state champions are in the race for their eighth sectional title in nine seasons. Rival.com Players: Kevin Jones and Sherrod Wright.
2. Peekskill (20-0): The only undefeated team in Westchester will be out to grab their fourth straight Class A state title. Rivals.com player: Mookie Jones

3. White Plains (14-6): The class AA Tiger's will hope to battle Mount Vernon's for the Class AA title. Rivals.com Player: Sean Kilpatrick.
4. Poughkeepsie (17-3): The Pioneers are a sleeper team and one to watch as enter the AA playoffs.
5. New Rochelle (14-6): At one time, the talented Huguenots ranked as the No. 2 team in the AA, but after three losses, they dropped in the rankings.
6. Scarsdale (15-5): With a lot of backcourt strength, will they have enough game to match anyone one on the list?
7. Port Chester (15-5): The Rams clearly are a strong contender on the list, which has not been defeated since the Slam Dunk Challenge in since December.
8. Briarcliff (16-4): The reigning Class B champions had loss two weeks ago, to Lincoln Hall, but will they be able to keep their Class B title.
9. North Salem (19-1): The Tigers have replaced four starters but have not lost since their opener.
10. Roosevelt (16-3): The most improved this season a surprise team of the AA who are looking to gain respect and are out to prove they belong on the list.
