There are also some first timers like Bishop Ford, Long Island Lutheran, Princeton Day Academy and the Lehigh Valley Elite Heat.
Unique to this year's tournament, iS8/Nike Commissioner Pete Edwards has created four divisions in which all the teams are high school teams. "This way the best high school teams will be represented in the playoffs," says Edwards.
The games this year will be played from Thursday through Sunday in three locations. In Queens, the location will be at Intermediate School #8 (108-35 167th St. Jamaica, NY 11433). The game locations in Brooklyn are the Brownsville Recreation Center (1555 Linden Blvd.) and George Gerschwin JHS (800 Van Siclen Ave.).
