First Annual End of Summer Classic
The Hoop Group is pleased to announce the first annual "End of Summer" grassroots basketball tournament in Reading, PA.
The invitation-only event will feature many of the nation's top travel teams and has been sanctioned by the NCAA as an approved event for the "live" Division 1 recruiting period.

The End of Summer Classic is an invitation only event featuring many of the top programs from up and down the East Coast. The on-day event will showcase the top 17U, 16U and 15U stars from as far south as Maryland and as far north as Massachusetts.
Some of the top-flight teams confirmed for the event are: New Heights NYC, Playaz Basketball Club, Baltimore Elite, New York Gauchos, Sports U / Team Izod, Team Philly, Players Teaching Players, Philly's Finest, Jersey Shore Warriors, Mid-Atlantic Select, Team NJABC, New Jersey ShoreShots, Expressions, Mid-Penn Motion, Delaware Team Takeover, Long Island Lightning Dingle, BC Eagles and many more.
The End of Summer Classic will be held in six air conditioned gyms on the campus of Albright College in Reading, PA.
Many of the country's best players are already confirmed to participate in the End of Summer Classic, including Kyle Anderson, Myles Davis and Savon Goodman (Playaz Basketball Club), Omar Calhoun and Jevon Thomas (Gauchos), Ricardo Ledo (Expressions), Kareem Canty and Kamari Murphy (LI Lightning-Dingle), Amile Jefferson (Philly's Finest), Eric Fanning and Charles Cooke (Team NJ ABC) and Jimmy Hall and Chris Obekpa (New Heights).
