Bishop Loughlin Crushes Molloy

On Sunday, The Archbishop Molloy Stanners visited The Bishop Loughlin Lions to engage in a "competitive" game of basketball. Unfortunately, on this day one could not be found as Loughlin soundly defeated Molloy 94 – 62.
In a game that was over before it began, the Stanners could not withstand the offensive barrage from sophomore Doron Lamb and the rest of Loughlin Lions.

This game was the first of a two part blow-out as the Molloy did manage to get the game back to within 18 only to see the gap widen going into the 4th quarter and swell to over 30 points by games end.
Lion sophomore Jayvaughn Pinkston was totally dominant on both offensive and defensive boards inhaling 15 rebounds along with three blocks while adding 10 point. The high scorer for Loughlin however was Lamb with 25 points along with six assists followed by Trevon Hamlett with 17 points with 15 rebounds.
Russ Smith was impressive for Molloy with over 20 points but one against five is no match.
