Gilvary, who is the Director of Admissions at Holy Cross along with being the varsity basketball coach, was put on administrative leave 3 months ago when the allegations came to light.
While there will be no charges brought against him, his status at the school is still unclear. Gilvary's lawyer Joseph Tock said that there will be a statement released soon regarding his future at the school.
Without Gilvary the Knights have been up and down going 6-9 in league play under coach Tom Marchesini who took over after the allegations arose.
