NY Lightning light it up early @ Nike Elite
The NY Lightning (16U) squad under Coach Chris Williams makes their presence felt early at the NIKE Elite Youth Invitational in Augusta, S.C. smashing the Nike Baltimore Elite, 73-48 in first round action.

With an all-star NY cast including Khadeen Carrington, Adonis Delarosa and C.J. Davis, the Lightning look to go far in the tournament.
On Thursday, against the B'more Elite, the Lightning were led by Luis Santos (St. Raymond) with 15 points. Carrington added 12 points while Davis, Shawn Jones (St. Raymond) and Kahari Beaufort (St. Raymond) contributed 9 points each.
NY Lightning would go 2-0 playing their next game on Thursday against the St. Louis Eagles who they beat by 50-47.
Carrington led the way with 24 points with Davis adding 13 points.
