While criminal charge will not be filed Syracuse will proceed with its own disciplinary options.
The decision cleared the way for university hearings on whether the code of student conduct was violated. Syracuse Post-Standard the female student filed complaints about two encounters involving the players in September and October of last year saying she was a victim of "forcible sexual attacks."
Attorneys for Flynn, Jardine and Jackson have denied the charges.
A proposed settlement between the three players, the student and Syracuse University unraveled early this year resulting in the grand jury investigation, according to the Post-Standard.
