Camdyn Nelson (St. Luke’s HS, CT ‘25) has made the big decision of where she will head to play basketball for the next four years after high school. The talented guard had multiple division one offers. After her stellar travel season and high school season are over. She has many skills and attributes that will be transferable to the next level, and she will be an impact player.

Nelson is a speedy guard that picks her spots and reads the defense correctly. She can score the basketball at high clip and facilitate for others. The Empire State Blue Flames star has a quick first step, allowing her to get past her defenders consistently and bring havoc to opposing defense.

Nelson has now committed to Syracuse University. Nelson will be headed to a program seeing a lot of success, currently sitting at No. 2 in the ACC standings this season. It will be exciting to watch Nelson compete at the next level on a big time stage like Syracuse.
